Christina Ricci is voicing Teen Titans member Terra and Miguel Ferrer is the latest actor to voice Deathstroke in the line of DC animated movies. Thomas Gibson previously voiced Slade Wilson/Deathstroke in Son of Batman (2014), and Ron Perlman voiced the character in Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox (2013).

The film will be an adaptation of one of DC’s top comics of the 1980’s, the Judas Contract storyline from Tales of the Teen Titans, where the Titans face betrayal by their teammate Terra as she partners with Deathstroke to take down her friends.

Teen Titans: The Judas Contract was originally announced for release on a list in 2007, the beginning of the DC Animated Movies. But Warner Bros. and DC put the film on the back burner as they shifted their focus onto characters such as Superman and Batman. Flash forward 10 years, the enduring popularity of the Teen Titans and live-action portrayals of Deathstroke makes it a no-brainer to finally adapt this story.

Sam Liu will be directing, and previously worked on Justice League vs. Teen Titans (2016). The screenplay is by Ernie Altbacker. Sam Register is executive producer, James Tucker is supervising producer, and Alan Burnett is coproducer.
