My Streamlabs won’t work, and I have no Idea why. First, I had to uninstall my old Streamlabs because it got corrupted in my hardware transfer about a year ago. I then had to go download C++ because I didn’t have it on my computer, and it was necessary for Streamlabs to launch.
Then I also had to run Streamlabs with Administrator, so I could have access. I then looked up a video of some basic settings to use on Streamlabs and I was watching the YouTube video, and everything was working fine, until I could no longer hear the video anymore. I listened to the whole video before I did anything on Streamlabs because it was easier to do that. I then tried to unpause the video, and the audio was not working anymore.
So basically, I have everything set up correctly with my sources and with my settings in Streamlabs, but whenever I have it open, I can’t hear whatever I am doing. Whether I am watching a YouTube video or I am playing Minecraft, I can’t hear anything until I close out Streamlabs.
I don’t know why this is happening, and I am not sure what to do because I have been testing different things for hours on end. Also, not only does my audio not work through my headphones, but my YouTube is very glitchy and it is very frustrating because I can’t look up how to fix it without closing out Streamlabs. I have the right audio input and output and I have the right mixer too. I also restarted my PC, and it still won’t work.
I have literally tried almost everything, such as messing with my input/output device, and also tried changing my monitors settings. Is there any chance that you can help me with fixing this with me today? (Thank you)
