by Neil Bui

In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Netflix has launched a collection titled Our Roots, Our Stories to celebrate and amplify voices and stories from AAPI communities making an impact in the world of entertainment.

The artwork collection was created by the Hong Kong-born, LA-based illustrator Matthew Kam, who was inspired by each culture’s uniqueness and visual language.

Our Roots, Our Stories features a wide range of AAPI talent in titles such as Fistful of Vengeance, Naomi Osaka, Never Have I Ever, Ali Wong: Don Wong, and Jo Koy: In His Elements.
